Peu importe le format ou le modèle. Rapportez votre bougie à l’atelier pour le remplissage.

Votre bougie est nettoyée et rechargée selon votre sélection de parfum qui doit être choisi au moment de la commande dans : choix du parfum.

Elle sera réemballée dans son écrin et réexpédiée.

Vous pouvez également nous rapporter votre bougie dans son emballage d’origine, nous vous accorderons un rabais de 5% et nous vous retournerons votre bougie dans son emballage d’origine.

Nous vous contacterons par e-mail pour vous informer de son envoi une fois remplie. Les délais varient d’une à trois semaines entre la date de réception et celle d’expédition. Nous remplissons uniquement les bougies Alkantara en atelier hormis les éditions limitées.
